The use of lubricators saves money and eliminates repairs, costly down time. All air tools need lubrication to improve tool life. A metering valve adjusts the oil flow to the correct amount. The lubricator has a sight disk in the housing to visually inspect oil levels.
These havey-duty in line lubricators can be installed 5-8 feet from the toolw and are designed for tools that are being used too far away from the compressor to be lubricated by a permanently mounted unit.

The filter housing is and integral unit and uses a 40 micron sintered bronze particulate filter. The use of this unit reduces downtime, prevents costsly repair and extends air tool life. The casting design prevents breakage where a pipe nipple was used to connect a lubricator. It is an adjustable metering valve and sight disk in housing to visually inspect the oil level. These filter/lubricators can be used on Pneumatic Hammers, Impact Wrenches, Nut Runners, Grinders, air Screw Drivers and other units that uses compressed air.
One of the most common repairs an air tool undergoes is disassembly to clean foreign material out of the valve assembly. In-line Filter/lubricators help prevent this from happening. The 40 micron filter can easily be cleaned or replaced.
HOSE WHIP ASSEMBLIES:
Save time, labor and money by purchasing hose whip assemblies for specific applications. Hose whip assemblies com with or without lubricators and with various hose ends for connection to the tool. Typically, crowfoot connectors (Chicago couplers) are used with lubricator. Assemblies using other connectors can be made to order.
Spring guards (Hose Guard Springs) are standard on all 1/2″ amd 3/4″ – 300 PSI hose and the hose is clamped with 1/2″ stainless bands. Hose ferrules can also be used for clamping. Hose whips using 1/2″ or 3/4″-500 PSI (Gorilla), 1,000 PSI (Hercules), or 2,000 PSI (Hydraulic) hose are also readily available. WHIP HOSE WITH STEEL HOSE ENDS – USE WITH ALL PERCUSSION TOOLS:
Percussion tools create constant vibration when in use. Scalers, chipping hammers, rivet busters, paving breakers, rock drils, etc. should not be directly connected to the compressed air line with quick disconnect couplings. Vibrations cause an inherent danger of having the quick disconnect couplings come loose from the tool. Severe injury could result from an erratic hose swinging about due to the releasing air pressure. Hose whip assemblies help avoid this situation. The hose end of the assembly is screwed directly to the innlet of the two. The quick disconnect coupling (hose connector) is screwed into the lubricator or filter/lubricator which is six feet from the tool. This distance allows the operator some room if the coupling were to become disconnected while under pressure. The use of safety lock cables (TX-SLC1) or TX-SLC2) should be used on all hose connectors. A safety lock cable protects the operator by minimizing the mount of travel for the erratic hose.
